With a floor area of 12.98㎡, it features one bedroom, a functional kitchen and a separate bathroom, making efficient use of limited space. The kitchen includes cabinets, a sink, faucet, electric stove and range hood, while the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin, shower room, exhaust fan, heater and 60L water tank. Optional features include a balcony, air conditioner, wardrobe, customized SPC or PVC flooring, and upgraded window systems.
